The following situations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances:
खालील परिस्थितींमध्ये कुठल्याही परिस्थितीत परतावा दिला जाणार नाही:
- Session सुरू झाल्यावर cancel: Session started means service delivered — no refund. Session सुरू झाल्यावर रद्द — सेवा दिली गेली — परतावा नाही.
- No-Show: Client not available without prior notice — service slot was reserved. Prior notice शिवाय उपस्थित न राहिल्यास — slot reserved होता — परतावा नाही.
- “Results expected नव्हते”: Guidance, coaching, astrology results cannot be guaranteed — this was clearly disclosed in our Disclaimer. परिणाम guarantee नाही — Disclaimer मध्ये स्पष्ट सांगितले आहे.
- “मला आवडले नाही”: Subjective dissatisfaction is not a valid refund reason — service was delivered as described. व्यक्तिनिष्ठ असमाधान — वैध कारण नाही.
- Fake नाव / चुकीची माहिती: Session taken with false identity — payment forfeited, service terminated. खोटी ओळख देऊन session — payment जप्त.
- Client’s Technical Issues: Poor internet, phone battery dead, network problem on client side — not our responsibility. Client च्या बाजूने तांत्रिक अडचण — आमची जबाबदारी नाही.
- Terms & Conditions violations: Abusive language, recording sessions, sharing guidance publicly — service terminated, no refund. Terms & Conditions उल्लंघन — सेवा बंद, परतावा नाही.
- Payment without booking: Payment केले पण session कधीच schedule नाही केले — advance notice आवश्यक. Payment केले पण session schedule नाही — advance notice आवश्यक.
- Digital products after delivery: PDF books, notes — delivered = service rendered. PDF books/notes दिल्यावर — सेवा दिली गेली — परतावा नाही.
- Payment proof नाही: Without valid payment proof (screenshot/transaction ID) — refund cannot be processed. Payment proof (screenshot/transaction ID) शिवाय — refund process शक्य नाही.
If the failure to deliver service is due to our error, we take full responsibility and provide immediate refund or rescheduling:
