6. User Conduct — वापरकर्त्याची जबाबदारी

Court मध्ये जाण्यापूर्वी हे mandatory process follow करा — Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 | IT Rules 2021 | Consumer Protection Act 2019
कुठलाही वाद (dispute), तक्रार (complaint) किंवा claim उद्भवल्यास — court मध्ये जाण्यापूर्वी खालील 3-stage grievance process mandatory आहे. हे users आणि platform दोघांच्याही हितासाठी आहे — बहुतेक प्रकरणे Stage 1 मध्येच solve होतात.

📌 महत्त्वाचे — Users साठी: Stage 1 आणि Stage 2 skip करून directly court मध्ये गेल्यास — court Stage 1 & 2 का follow केले नाही हे विचारू शकते. Pre-litigation mechanism follow न केल्यास court costs impose होऊ शकतात. बहुतेक प्रकरणे Stage 1 मध्येच 7 दिवसांत solve होतात.
