Chemistry हा तीन विषयांत सर्वात जास्त scoring आहे. Inorganic साठी NCERT Line-by-Line (कोणतेही reference book नको). Organic साठी Mechanisms समजणे — रट्टा नाही. Physical साठी Formulas + Numericals. Chemistry मध्ये 80+ score मिळवणे शक्य आहे!

NCERT — The Bible of JEE
सर्व toppers NCERT ला foundation मानतात. Chemistry NCERT Line-by-Line — 3+ वेळा. NCERT examples + exercises + chapter-end questions — mandatory. “I went beyond NCERT only after completing NCERT 3 times.”
30–40 Full Mock Tests (6 महिने आधी)
JEE Main च्या 6 महिने आधी Full Length Mock Tests सुरू करा. शेवटच्या महिन्यात आठवड्यातून 2–3. Exact Exam Conditions: Clock लावून, 3 तास, कोणताही break नाही. Mock Test = Exam Simulation.
Error Log — Compulsory
प्रत्येक चुकलेला प्रश्न Error Log मध्ये लिहा — Topic, Reason, Correct approach. Weekly Error Review करा. Same mistake दुसऱ्यांदा झाली तर performance कमी होते. “Analysis is more important than the test itself.”
10–15 Years PYQ — Gold Mine
JEE Main मध्ये 30–40% patterns repeat होतात. PYQ सोडवल्याने question types, frequency, difficulty level — सर्व समजते. JEE Advanced PYQ — Conceptual depth साठी अत्यंत important.
Spaced Repetition — Memory Hack
शिकलेले topic: Day 1 → Day 3 → Day 7 → Day 21 → Day 60 intervals मध्ये revise. Long-term retention 90%+ होतो. Anki App किंवा manual schedule वापरा.
Quality > Quantity
12–13 hours study, पण focused. Rajit Gupta (AIR 1): “Studied only when I felt like it.” Tired brain ने study करणे = 0 retention. 6 hours focused > 10 hours distracted. Quality matters more!
Breaks — Mandatory, Not Optional
Toppers सर्व breaks घेतात. Cricket, Music, Friends, Walks — recreational time mandatory. Burnout झाल्यावर performance crash होतो. Sustainable pace = Better long-term results.
25 min focused → 5 min break. 4 cycles → 30 min long break. Brain alert राहतो, fatigue कमी. Phone timer use करा.
90 min Topic revision → 60 min 20 MCQs → 30 min Analysis. “Red Flag” topics Sunday revisit. Vedantu toppers recommend करतात.
1 → 3 → 7 → 21 → 60 days intervals. Flashcards बनवा. Long-term retention 90%+. Exam च्या आधी revision fast होते.
Anxious किंवा stressed brain 40% कमी effectively learn करतो. JEE preparation ही 2-year marathon आहे — sprint नाही. Mental health जपल्याशिवाय best performance शक्य नाही. हे weakness नाही — हे science आहे आणि हीच smart strategy आहे!

JEE Advanced साठी (General): JEE Main ~200–215+ marks (93.4%+ percentile).
NIT Top CSE (OS — Open State): ~180–200 marks (98–99% percentile).
VNIT Nagpur CSE (HS Quota): ~130–155 marks (90–95%) — Maharashtra students साठी extra advantage!
COEP/VJTI (MHT-CET): 99.8–99.9%+ percentile MHT-CET मध्ये.
Mechanics आधी — Foundation सर्वकाही
Class 11 सुरू होताच Mechanics पूर्ण करा (Ch 1–7 HC Verma). JEE Advanced Physics चे 25–30% यावरून. NLM, WEP, COM, Rotational — ही 4 chapters complete करा. रोज 15–20 problems. Concept first, then examples, then exercises.
Electrostatics + Magnetism — Class 12 Core (40% of Marks!)
Electrostatics → Current Electricity → Magnetism → EMI → AC — या order मध्ये. DC Pandey Electricity & Magnetism — excellent book. Diagrams compulsory — field lines, circuit diagrams, force directions. Gauss’s Law, Biot-Savart — derivations समजून लक्षात ठेवा.
Formula Sheet + Concept Maps बनवा
प्रत्येक chapter नंतर Formula Sheet बनवा. All formulas, conditions, exceptions, special cases एकत्र. Exam च्या आधी फक्त formula sheets revise. Concept Maps — chapters मधील connections दाखवा.
JEE Advanced साठी — Irodov Problems
JEE Advanced Target असल्यास Irodov “Problems in General Physics” — selected problems solve करा (सर्व नाही). Difficult problems attempt करताना time limit ठेवा — 20 min नंतर solution पहा आणि approach शिका.
Inorganic = NCERT ONLY (3 वेळा वाचा!)
Inorganic साठी कोणतेही Reference Book नको — फक्त NCERT. NCERT Tables, Boxes, Color reactions, Highlighted text — प्रत्येक line important. 3 वेळा वाचा, 2 वेळा notes without book. Exceptions आणि anomalies specially note करा.
Organic = Mechanisms समजणे (रट्टा नाही!)
Reactions रट्टा मारू नका — Mechanism का होतो ते समजा. GOC (Isomerism, Inductive Effect, Resonance) पहिले — यावर सर्व Organic base आहे. Nucleophile + Electrophile concept clear असल्यास नवीन reaction पण automatically समजते.
Physical Chemistry = Concepts + Lots of Numericals
Mole Concept, Equilibrium, Electrochemistry, Thermodynamics — pure numerical. Formula memorize + Units समजा + LOTS of Practice. O.P. Tandon (Physical Chemistry) — excellent. Unit conversion errors खूप होतात — careful. MHT-CET मध्ये Thermodynamics 15% — extra important!
Calculus First — JEE Maths चा 20%!
Limits → Continuity → Differentiability → Applications of Derivatives → Integration → Definite Integral → Area — या exact order मध्ये. रोज minimum 5 Integration problems mandatory. Definite Integral Properties (King’s rule, etc.) लक्षात ठेवा — frequently used.
Coordinate Geometry — Graph काढूनच शिका
Circles, Parabola, Ellipse, Hyperbola — Graph Paper वर figures काढा. Focal chord, Director Circle, Auxiliary Circle properties. Parametric forms आणि their advantages. Standard results derive करणे practice करा — JEE Advanced मध्ये derivation-based questions येतात.
Speed + Accuracy — Time Management
3 तासात 75 questions = 2.4 min/question average. Mental Calculation speed वाढवा. Shortcuts: AM-GM Inequality, Vieta’s Formulas, Parametric Substitution. Mock Tests मध्ये प्रत्येक subject ला exactly 60 min ठेवा. MHT-CET: 180 min मध्ये 200 questions = 54 sec/question!

Easy questions: 40% time | Medium: 40% time | Hard: 20% time. कोणत्याही question वर 4-5 min पेक्षा जास्त नाही — Mark for Review करा, पुढे जा. Chemistry सर्वात आधी — fastest scoring. Physics Numerical शेवटी attempt करा time बचत साठी.
- Multiple Correct MCQ: सर्व correct options निवडल्यास full marks. काही correct निवडल्यास partial marks. चुकीचे निवडल्यास negative. खूप confident असाल तरच attempt!
- Paper 1 नंतर Long Break: 2.5 तास break मध्ये — हलके जेवण, rest. Heavy food नको. 15 min च्या revision नंतर 30 min rest घ्या.
- Paper 2 Fresh Start: Paper 1 नंतर depressed होऊ नका. प्रत्येक paper independent. Paper 1 poorly गेला तरी Paper 2 मध्ये comeback शक्य!
- Time Management Crucial: 3 hours × 2 papers. प्रत्येक subject ला ~60 min. Integer type शेवटी — calculation time जास्त लागतो.
- 1 year focused study → 30–50 marks improvement possible
- Allen/Aakash Dropper Batch join करा — structured
- Previous year mistakes thoroughly analyze करा
- January Session seriously घ्या — April नाही
- Mental health — Drop Year stressful असतो, support घ्या
